Anhui Xinran New Materials Co., Ltd., referred to as "Xinran Aluminum", was established in 2022 with a registered capital of 300 million yuan, covering a total area of about 1,000 acres, and is located at No. 1, Jianshe Road, Lingbi County Industrial Park, Suzhou City, Anhui Province. With a total investment of 5.3 billion yuan, the company's aluminum profile project will invest in the construction of more than 90 extrusion production lines, 2 electrostatic powder coating lines, and 5 oxidation surface treatment lines, including 3 vertical oxidation treatment lines with a monthly output of 10,000 tons, and the annual output of aluminum profiles will exceed 500,000 tons after the completion of all the projects.
The first phase of the company's project has been fully put into operation, and its main products include aluminum profile parts for new energy vehicles, photovoltaic modules and aluminum alloy doors and windows curtain walls, etc., which are widely used in new energy, building door and window curtain wall systems, machinery manufacturing, transportation and other fields. Since its establishment, Xinran Aluminum has been taking "innovation, quality, efficiency and excellence" as the leading, actively embracing new technologies and new models, and striving to make positive contributions to the prosperity and development of China's aluminum profile industry.
The company not only has strong R&D and design capabilities, but also has advanced production technology and strict quality management system. At present, it has gradually established a complete production operation management system such as mold design and manufacturing, aluminum alloy R&D and processing, aluminum profile surface treatment and deep processing, and has also introduced domestic leading aluminum profile processing production lines and related inspection and testing equipment.
In order to further promote the improvement of quality and efficiency, Xinran Aluminum is actively benchmarking the advanced level of the industry in terms of information management, digital operation and intelligent management, and is currently using 5G, cloud computing, Internet of Things, big data and other technologies to build 5G digital intelligent factories and build digital management systems such as ERP systems, MES systems, energy data acquisition and management systems.
